So i recently bought a retail copy of Gta V and i activated and installed it trough Rockstar Social Club since retail Gta V codes don't work for steam. But when i installed it i couldn't run it. I only get a message saying 'Unable to initialize directx9 device' even though i have Directx9 and the most recent Directx Installed. I tried checking all the updates on my pc and everything is up to date, i also tried installing windows service pack 2 since it says i only have Service Pack 1, but when i do it says 'You must use 'Turn Windows features on or off' in the comtrol panel to install or configure Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 SP2'. And when i try to do that it says i have Service pack 3? I have Windows 7 Ultimate Btw. I'm super confused and have no idea what to do, if somone could guide me through this or give me a simple guide on how to fix this I would be super grateful. Thanks!!
